Ok, SS 1 shows my empty Scripts directory. SS 2 shows my populated
directory. Filled with files that do not exist. This is causing me to have to
attempt to over write files that are not supposed to be there. What's even
worse, these files get read instead of the ones I want there under the same
name. How do I fix this? What is even causing this?
Forgive the names. I was angry.

RE: Bug. How do I fix this.

Forgot to add:

Every file in my program files is listed as "Read Only." Not only is this
tag not removable, it appears to be ineffective. The files are very by much
writable by both human and program.
