Windows Installer proxy information not correctly registered

Hi,

I am trying to install a service using msiexec.exe command as "msiexec.exe
/i \\machinename\share\Service.msi /passive /norestart /log C:\install.log
ALLUSERS=1"
I execute this command as an administrator and I see the following errors in
the log file.

MSI (c) (08:68) [10:24:39:224]: Windows Installer proxy information not
correctly registered

MSI (c) (08:68) [10:24:39:234]: Failed to connect to server. Error:
0x80004005

How do i fix this problem?

Thanks,
Chitra G
