I paid for my upgrade and all I got was this lousy invoice :(

My Vista upgrade was shipped by Moduslink on 7th March, so they say, and
today (14th) all that turns up in the post is a flimsy, barely sealed
envelope with an invoice in it - no sign of my upgrade DVD anywhere. I have
no idea where my DVD is but I fail to understand why they would ship the DVD
and invoice separately as that just seems a complete waste of postage and
packaging. I'm in the UK and the invoice came from The Netherlands. I wonder
if maybe the DVD ships from the USA.

Can anyone confirm how Moduslink do go about shipping the upgrades? Does the
upgrade come in full retail packaging, a DVD case or a simple paper/plastic
sleeve? For Europe, where does it ship from?

Thanks

Mine came from Taiwan - I'm in western Australia but I'm still waiting for
my upgrade of Office 2007

USA. Mine came in a padded envelope from North Carolina and it arrived
here in Florida just fine. The dvd was in a clear keep case and the
invoice with it.

The whole Express upgrade has been bumbled by Moduslink, talk about an inept
company!
