| | Outlook 2003 in Vista - Message Body Content Pain Does not appear When logging into my university email system (outlook 2003) when I hit create new mail, the content pain which allows you to type a message into the message body does not display it just shows a similar icon to that of an img src on a webpage that has a broken link to it i.e a red cross in the top left hand corner. How do I fix this or do I have to wait for microsoft to release a fix? |

| | RE: Outlook 2003 in Vista - Message Body Content Pain Does not appear The content of your message pane has caused me pain. Heh. Sorry, but I'm not sure from your description what is happening. Do you mean that a new window does not open you "Create New Message"? That's really weird, but I can't help but think that I've seen this problem somewhere before. I'll rummage around in my dustry old brain to see if I can remember whether or not I have actually seen this issue. In the meantime, what options is your Outlook client set to use for creating e-mails -- especially with respect to what program is set as your e-mail editor? | | Re: Outlook 2003 in Vista - Message Body Content Pain Does not appear Are you using Outlook Web Access through a web browser? If so, the problem you describe is a fairly well known one which is fixed with an Exchange patch. Let your e-mail administrator know it's a problem and you heard there was a fix available.
