No Internet Connection, Vista on NT4 Server Domain

I know NT4 is not supported anymore, but I though someone maybe able to help
me with this. I was able to add Vista to NT4 server domain with support from
Microsoft. However, I'm having two more issues. One question is already
posted at Subject: "Windows Vista, Outlook 2003 & Exchange 5.5", so I'll wait
for the reply. Another issue I'm having is not able to go out to Internet.
I cannot even ping some web sites like "www.microsoft.com". I can ping
"www.google.com" though. What adjustment do I need to make, so I can ping
all addresses, and use IE or another browser to go out to Internet. This is
something to do with Vista since I can run Windows 2000 or Windows XP on
Virtual PC 2007 to go out to Internet from this same machine with Vista as
host OS. Thank you.

Odd.

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/arc....mspx?mfr=true

The first link when I plugged NT4 into Google noted above and 16,000,000
other NT4 support links.

RE: No Internet Connection, Vista on NT4 Server Domain

I found out that Norton Internet Security was blocking too much traffic. I
turned off several features (Norton Protection Center didn't like it), then I
had no problem going out to Internet or configuring Outlook 2003 with our
Exchange 5.5. I usually uninstalls Norton trial version when it comes with a
brand new PC, but this time I kept it since our current Client/Server
security software doesn't support Vista They won't release a new version
till May. I liked the software very much before, but now I'm disappointed
with them.

Thanks
