security share settings vista

When setting the file share with other computers I have set my security
setting as indicated below I wonder whether it is correct can any one advice
me please
The main reason is that the file transfer from an XP pc to the Vista pc is
very very slow

Authenticated users full control
system full control
admini full control
every one full control
users pc-1 full control

I remember that when I was working on sharing of the drives on the network I
got a warning that it would slow down the transfer but I can't recall the
details

Any help would be appreciated
