| | External hard drive appears as dvd drive I was wondering if anyone has experienced this problem. I have an external hard drive Western Digital to be exact. Though, I cannot access the external hard drive because it appears as a dvd drive. I even tried doing a restore off of the cd to go back to factory settings but the restore fails because some files are missing or corrupted. If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it Thanks, Jeff |
