| | what the hell is this? I'm using the forward arrow to look at pictures in the Windows Photo Gallery and it's skipping pictures right and left, going from 12 to 18 to 26, etc. There are so many bizarre bugs in this OS that it MUST be early beta. Search doesn't find JPEGs with the same series name sitting right beside each other in the same folder and now this. What made MS think this OS was anywhere near ready for release? -- Thanks, John |

But that's the way marketing is done... get it out the door, we'll fix it later. I'm not singling out MS here...that's just the way business is done and has been done for as long as I've been around. |

| | Re: what the hell is this? I've noticed the same thing. Very erratic though, one time it will work fine, the next time 3 out of 4 pictures are skipped "A" <A@A.net> wrote in message news:ezjq34OaHHA.3996@TK2MSFTNGP03.phx.gbl... > I'm using the forward arrow to look at pictures in the Windows Photo > Gallery and it's skipping pictures right and left, going from 12 to 18 to > 26, etc. > > There are so many bizarre bugs in this OS that it MUST be early beta. > Search doesn't find JPEGs with the same series name sitting right beside > each other in the same folder and now this. > > What made MS think this OS was anywhere near ready for release? > > -- > Thanks, > John |

Zune has gained a great No. 2 position as a product that's completely new for us. Vista's the most-used piece of software there is in the world, and so it has this incredible impact as people talk about how it simplifies things that they've done. </quote> The whole world is using Vista. It is my understanding that thus far, the US Government has refused VISTA. |
