Windows Memory Diagnostic

I have run the windows diagnostic tool, and now am stuck with a icon on the
task bar. Which i can't remove, anyone know how ?

What part of the taskbar. Still there after reboot? Look in task manager
and stop the process, and if it returns after reboot, check your startup
programs and uncheck it.

Bottom right, where the clock is. I have ran msconfig to see if i can
find where mdres.exe loads nothing. I have checked in Startup on both
users (admin and user) Nothing. I have killed this using taskmgr various
times and it keep's coming back. I have searched for it in regedit but
all i find it mdres.exe.mui Nothing in run,runservices, LocalMachine
run,runservices. This must be run as a system thing like explorer etc..
