Vista - Windows Vista Spanish Narrator

Where can I get an Spanish Narrator for my Windows Vista Ultimate?

I have a copy of it in English, but when I put it in Spanish, there is no
Narrator in Spanish. Is Microsoft planning on providing a Narrator in
Spanish for Vista? Or do we consumers have to get a third party solution?

At this time there is no speech function for any language other than
English. That will probably change later.
