| | control panel freezing? hello, every time i try to access the "control panel" the screen freezes and i can't scroll or click on anything. when i checked my performance, my cpu usage was constantly at 100%. can anybody help? |

There are various ways of getting to the control panel. Which way are you using, and does it happen if you use a different way? e.g. open Explorer and click on control panel from there. |
