Since purchasing a new computor with windows vista, I am unable to uninstall
certain programs. The error message states: The system administrator has set
policies to prevent this installation and I do not have sufficient access to
uninstall. I am logged on as the admin. Where can I adjust the set policies
to allow the removal of programs???
