| Guest | Installed on workstation, works fine first boot, bsod every boot af Problem signature: Problem Event Name: BlueScreen OS Version: 6.0.6000.2.0.0.256.1 Locale ID: 1033 Additional information about the problem: BCCode: f7 BCP1: 0093F82C BCP2: 00934C31 BCP3: FF6CB3CE BCP4: 00000000 OS Version: 6_0_6000 Service Pack: 0_0 Product: 256_1 Files that help describe the problem: C:\Windows\Minidump\Mini032307-03.dmp C:\Users\gary.WCMDC\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-153177-0.sysdata.xml C:\Users\gary.WCMDC\AppData\Local\Temp\WER90F8.tmp.version.txt Read our privacy statement: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?link...3&clcid=0x0409 Machine is a Dell XPS400, no frills with a few additions GeForce 6800 XT Creative Audigy 2 ZS Platinum Pro NetMOS PCI IO adapter (adds parallel port) First install was an upgrade, reached that crash over and over, so backed up the user data, and started fresh. Fresh was fine until first reboot when I joined the company domain. We have 2 workstations of this exact configuration, however I don't want to migrate the other to see if it works there. The user of that machine preferred to remain on XP for the time being. The actual stop error bsod mentions a driver overflowing a stack-based buffer. However, it has to be a driver included with vista, since I encounter the stop on a clean install, where myu first step was to join a domain. |
