Screen Flickers

Hello all, I recently installed Vista Beta 2. My screen is flickering; I
believe the refresh rate is wrong. My monitor(Gateway EV700) when I goto it's
settings(through the monitor itself) says User Mode at the top, where it as
always said 1248x900 75mhz (or some resolution and refresh rate) before. I
try adjusting the resolution, but it simply changes the ammount of the
desktop I can see (i.e. it enlarges it, zooms in, the resolution doesnt
really change) I have a Radeon 9250 and am using the SVout to connect to a
TV. I tried the new ATI Vista drivers, however they claim not to support this
card. Ive read around the forums, but the questions I have is which drivers
should I use? The Microsoft ones that came with Vista, ATI's new vista
drivers (even though my card isnt supported), or the old ATI Windows XP
drivers? If anyone has any advice I would really appreciate your help, thank
you.

RE: Screen Flickers

You can add me to this list, same problem.
I have also posted under this topic about this, so it seems we not alone.
So is it only ATI user that are effected, or is there Nvidia or other Brand
card users out there with this problem, or a solution or fix to this
flash/flickering?

Re: Screen Flickers

Try adjusting the refresh rate to 60 Hz.
