yes you have a valid license for the OEm version so you should have no
problem upgrading

Hi Ron,

That is good news !
I have a Home-Premium myself and I would like to upgrade to Ultimate as well.

How do I do that ?
Do I have to start a "completely new install" with the upgrade-dvd ?

I'd be gratefull for some details about how to do this.
