| | Vista - blue screen crashes I have been using Vista for about 2 days on a new powerful PC and have had 3 blue screen crashes already - no obvious trigger. In fact one crash took place whilst visiting the Microsoft site to try to solve the problem. Outlook running very slowly and I nee to accept the Licence Agreement each time I open. All help/advice appreciated. Glyn |

| | Re: Vista - blue screen crashes Hi, Text of the blue screens, error codes, and such might help diagnose the situation. In addition, a short rundown of the system spec's and installed software can be useful. Otherwise, all you'll get are random guesses. -- Best of Luck, Rick Rogers, aka "Nutcase" - Microsoft MVP http://mvp.support.microsoft.com/ Windows help - www.rickrogers.org "Glyn" <Glyn@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:963C49DC-FA90-4555-A06A-B5BE47F46C2A@microsoft.com... >I have been using Vista for about 2 days on a new powerful PC and have had >3 > blue screen crashes already - no obvious trigger. | | Re: Vista - blue screen crashes Thanks - I appreciate my information was a bit limited. The problem has been diagnosed as a RAM hardware fault. Hopefully this will solve the problem.
