Vista - blue screen crashes

I have been using Vista for about 2 days on a new powerful PC and have had 3
blue screen crashes already - no obvious trigger. In fact one crash took
place whilst visiting the Microsoft site to try to solve the problem.

Outlook running very slowly and I nee to accept the Licence Agreement each
time I open.

All help/advice appreciated.

Re: Vista - blue screen crashes

Hi,

Text of the blue screens, error codes, and such might help diagnose the
situation. In addition, a short rundown of the system spec's and installed
software can be useful. Otherwise, all you'll get are random guesses.

Re: Vista - blue screen crashes

Thanks - I appreciate my information was a bit limited. The problem has been
diagnosed as a RAM hardware fault. Hopefully this will solve the problem.
Thanks again.
