system restore can be handy at times. One thing to remember is to turn off
anti-virus when you do it; norton sometimes has a heart attack, and you have
to uninstall and reinstall it! the anti-virus that I use puts up with it!
The other thing is any programs that you have installed since the system
restore point that you are going back to will be lost. They did not exist on
your computer at that point in time.
But, documents and email, no worries at all; safe as houses.
