| Guest | Vista SR and Microsoft's Excel I have Vista Home Premium, on a new HP pavilion 2000 laptop. Speech recognition works very well for me, with the exception of Microsoft Excel. I can move around Excel, but when I dictate words in the field a alternates panel pops up. I can use the alternates panel, but it is certainly a difficult way to dictate. I have no problem with Word-Outlook. At the present time I cannot use any other method on the computer. So voice recognition is an absolute blessing for me, and I want to be able to use it in Excel. So what am I doing wrong? Thanks for the help. Joan |
