Screensaver photos in black & white

I am using Windows Vista. I have my screensaver set up to show a slide show
of my photos, but the photos appear in black & white. How do I set this up to
have the photos in color?

newsgroups - a terrific troubleshooting resource. Thank you so much for your
help.
