| | Problems with Vista and Keyboard I've a strange problem with my keyboard. It happens only when I write texts in Internet Explorer 7 (e.g. in the text areas inside the web sites) When I type, the keyboard input seems to be very slow, and several characters are lost. When I type in Word, Excel, Notepad and so on, the keyboard seems to go well. This is not an hardware problem in my opinion. Somebody else with my problem here...? Thanks in advance Sandro |

| | Re: Problems with Vista and Keyboard Hi, I agree, it doesn't sound like a hardware problem. As it happens in IE, at a guess I'd say the interference is from an active plugin causing problems. From Tools/Internet Options, go to the programs tab and click the button to manage add-ons. Start disabling active plug-ins, particularly those that you don't recognize. -- Best of Luck, Rick Rogers, aka "Nutcase" - Microsoft MVP http://mvp.support.microsoft.com/ Windows help - www.rickrogers.org "Sandro" <Sandro@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:EA300C36-73EB-4231-B642-9719051B6467@microsoft.com... > I've a strange problem with my keyboard. | | Re: Problems with Vista and Keyboard Rick... what can I say... thank you!!! I've removed some "stupid" plugins and the situation is now better then before. My keyboard still losts some letters but less less than before... I'll keep on disabling unuseful plugins till IE will perform better. Thanks again...
