Vista - Nortel IPSec Client - not working under Vista

hello,
i'm still trying to have this 7.x Nortel client run under Vista.
i did follow all the instruction to install it in XP compatibilty mode...but
still getting this annoying error:
"Eacfilt driver must be enabled on..."

Can anybody help me on having the IPSec client work?

couldn't verify because our proxy considers this site a remote proxy.

Also, according to this KB (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929490), The
beta of 6.07 should be available from your Nortel rep now while the final
version is supposed to be downloadable from Nortel's site by the end of
March.
