| Guest | Remote Desktop Connection 6.0 and Windows Mobile 2003 I contacted MS to see if I could use my PDA with Windows Mobile 2003 to connect to my desktop computer via the internet, using Vista Remote Desktop Connection, and they replied yes. See the following response. "Hello Bob, Thank you for contacting Microsoft Sales Information. Per our discussion, I've attached links with information you may find useful. I can confirm that Windows Vista comes with Remote Desktop Connection 6.0 and that you may connect using your Windows Mobile 2003." There were no links attached, so I searched the internet and MS sites and the Remote Desktop manual, and could not find any confirmation on this, or how to do it. Could someone please provide the details on how this is done, and also if this feature is available with all versions of Vista. I also don't understand the limited instructions I saw on how to set up Remote Desktop to work via the internet. Can this be explained in a manner that someone who is not a network administrator, and does not have one, could understand. |
