Vista - x64 manual download is corrupt

Not sure if any one else is getting this. But when i try to manually download
the x64, it comes up with a dialog box, saying open, save, and close (the
normal box) but it is only 13.7mb (yes that's right, 13.7mb)

Shame the actual file is 4.01 GB

I'm running x86 ok, for the most part ( i really pushed my PC's hard ) but
x64, just can't get it to download, the download manager keeps crashing at
about 30 - 50 %, depending on how it feels.

Order the dvd.

try fixing the download.

Microsoft is rich enough....
