    Need a Good DVD Player

Is there a good DVD player that will set the resolution to what I tell
the DVD player to use? Right now I have the resolution set to 800x600
because that is the best reading but when I play a DVD I want the
player to switch over to 1360x768 or 1080i. Right now I need to
    change the resolution manually.

Re: Need a Good DVD Player

If no one else tells you about a dvd player that can do this,
another solution is to use this tray application icon that lets you
change resolutions very fast with 2 clicks of the mouse
scroll down to the very bottom of the page to find the FREE version.

My "Lite-On Combo SOHC 5236V" works great.
But are you sure it is not something to do with your video card settings?
