| | User profile disapeared ? I have been using Vista Business for 2 weeks with no issues but after installing a windows update today i have lost my user profile ? When i now log on to our company domain, all my settings are as if it were the first time i logged on ? If i personalise anything or create and save files to the desktop etc. as soon as i reboot it goes back to the default first log on screen ? I am using a Dell Optiplex 745 and have called their support but they were unable to offer any thing helpful although did say they have had experienced the problem themselves. Please can you help ? |
