| | Removing old XP files I installed Vista over XP and old files are now shown in c:\windows.old Anyway I can remove this please and recover the space? Vista obviously blocks attempts to remove it. |

| | RE: Removing old XP files Even if you do manage to delete the files back them on DVD first. Have you tried the disk clean up utilty? That should remove the file with no problem.
