A-Data Flash disc performance problems

Hi.

I'm have A-Data 4GB flash disc and have performance problems in 32b Vista
Ultimate. When i plug in this device, vista informs me that i plugged USB 2
device, but write speed is only about 350KB/s. In hardware devices i'm have
'advanced usb port" (i think it's USB2 support), but don't know why it runs
only in USB1 mode. In XP i haven't this problem and every works ok (it's
over 3MB/s write speed).

Please, have anybody same experiences as i ? Thanks.

Petr
