| | Where can I receive support? I have problem that I would like to report to the proper persons or site. I receive a pop-up message from Windows stating; ATI external event utility EXE module stopped working and was closed- Windows will notify you when they have a solution. The problem is, I have had this problem for more than 60 days and Windows updates etc hasn't fixed the problem. Where do I turn to for help? |

Have you tried going to www.ati.com and downloading and installing the latest drivers for you graphics card? The problem is more than likely with the ATI driver module that crashed. It's best not to rely on Windows Update for hardware driver updates. MS doesn't make graphics cards (yet). |

| | Re: Where can I receive support? Ha, interesting. I have the same problem. Now after reading that answer, I trust I will contact ATI to search for a solution. At the moment I suppose, the problem may lie that way that my new bought ACER Aspire 560 PC have the ATI Graphic-card on board and the Ram of 128MB is gotten from the 1 GB DDR RAM of the whole system. I am now very interested What ATI offers Or ACE? )Gud luck!!!!
