| | Screen goes blank when I start vista media centre I have installed Vista Home Premium Edition. Graphics are working fine (vista basic standard until I upgrade my current NVIDIA 6200 Turbocache). I am running 2GB RAM and Intel Pentium 4 3.0GHz. When I start Media Centre the display goes blank (but I still here the sounds). What's going wrong? Should I try re-installing Vista? Thanks |

| | Re: Screen goes blank when I start vista media centre Yes, installed the latest driver and even tried the new beta driver. Do you think it is a graphics card problem or a windows bug? | | Re: Screen goes blank when I start vista media centre You could try removing one of the memory modules if they are 1 GB sticks and see if it stops. If it does, sounds like a bad memory module. -- Andre Blog: http://adacosta.spaces.live.com My Vista Quickstart Guide: http://adacosta.spaces.live.com/blog...3DB!9709.entry "gp1974" <gp1974@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:2868CBE7-DB38-4F75-91A9-18839179DFB9@microsoft.com... > Yes, installed the latest driver and even tried the new beta driver. | | RE: Screen goes blank when I start vista media centre It is a graphics problem. Nvidia is having a lot of hassles with drivers.
