| | "Help and Support" on the Start menu error When I attempt to launch "Help and Support" on the Start menu I receive an error message of "Internet Explorer cannot download from / from help. Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site". Any ideas how to repair this? E F Gidley |

| | Windows Update Well, I have to say that things seem to have improved since a few months ago. I rec'd many error messages with Updates when I used Vista and now I download the latest Update and things go well. I'm curious to know what happened behind the scenes. |
