| | Microsoft Bluetooth dongle that comes with Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse I just bought a Microsoft Wireless Laser 8000 mouse and it works great in Vista but I cannot use the Bluetooth dongle to connect to other Bluetooth devices such as my mobile phone. When I run the Connection Wizard it completes with message: "Your transceiver provides complete support for your mouse, but it will not connect to other bluetooth devices, such as a PDA or printer" The information in the help to "How do I connect other Bluetooth devices to this transceiver" does not help me get it working. I had a previous Bluetooth dongle in my machine and I removed it and uninstalled the Widcomm drivers etc. I don't have any idea why its not working. Anyone got any ideas please? Many thanks for your help! |
