Presumably you could also extract the javascript function from the noframes element and execute it in your Address bar too. Have you tried eliminating the possibility of third-party interference? E.g. using No Add-ons mode? Done more intensive clean-boot troubleshooting? E.g. other interferers act as IE Add-ons but can't be blocked as such. At an extreme you could try RIES since that is the only repair procedure that IE7 has left us. Notice that you will lose all your AutoComplete data, including passwords, but that probably won't matter too much to you if you just installed Vista. PSPV is the alternative I usually suggest to XP users but I don't know yet if it works under Vista. > > 2. No idea what that means.
