Vista - Custom Keyboard action?

Hey All,

Well, I got a doozy for ya. Is there any way to change what my sleep
button does? I want it to take me back one page while browsing.

Impossible?

Only possible if you have the manufacturers driver software for your
keyboard installed. There usually are options to change button action.

So how do I find that out? I went to Keyboard in the Control Panel,
but there's nothing there about it.

Or should I contact HP about it, seein as they made the keyboard?
