Windows Vista Business and Microsoft Office Home and Student

I purchased Windows Vista Business, does it have any office products
embedded? I have also been unable to convert my Microsoft Office Home and
Student to the full version. Can anyone help me?

No. No version of Windows Vista, and indeed no version of any kind of
Windows before it, has ever come with any Office products. Microsoft Office
is sold as a separate product.

What may be confusing you is that you perhaps had bought a computer in the
past that came with both some version of Windows and Office. But that was an
offering put together by the OEM who sold the computer, and did not mean
that Office came with that version of Windows either.

No Windows product has ever included MS Office. You should be able to
install (not convert) Office Home and Student — no upgrade.
