I have done something to my keyboard so now when I press my question mark key
I get this éÉ, and when I press the back slash button I get Ã*À, and also the
quotation key I get èÈ.... if someone has the answer can you please let me
know... I kind of need those keys..

Go to Control Panel - Regional and Language and reset your keyboard to
English.. Under the 'Format' tab, ensure that the correct English version is
displayed.. then move to 'Keyboards and Languages' tab and ensure that the
keyboard matches the Format setting..
