Vista - Cannot open webpage

I have been unable to open the webpage www.arrse.co.uk

Access stopped suddenly after no config changes. Have exhausted all my own
knowledge. Can someone else have a look please.

Proves the site is up and running. Trying to establish if it is a DNS problem
altho i have tried 4 or 5 different servers. Can access via a proxy site but
not convenient.

Any other comments welcome.
