Vista - Vista Disk Space

Apparently the disk space problem I encountered is well known. There is
a nice fix for it however - an undocumented (naturally) command that
lets you set the max diskspace used for the restore points (called
shadow copies.)

Restore points aren't shadow copies. That settings changes how much HDD
space is available to the Shadow Copy environment which is also used for
Restore Points. It doesn't JUST affect Restore Points. Shadow Copy will
allow you to right click any file and restore that file to a previous
version. As well as folders as well as restoring deleted files.

If you alter this setting then understand that it affects both Restore
Points as well as Shadow Copy.
