| | Why did Complete PC Backup format my other drive? Hi, I have a dual 500 GB RAID 0 configuration being seen as a 1 TB HD. On the far left is a 1.5 GB EISA configuration.Which is used for recovery. Then an unallocated free space of 15 GB which was a partition for a backup. Then my C:\drive which is 670.75 GB for Vista Ultimate. Then my D:\ drive which is 244 GB for Data. Since the 15 GB was too small for my backup I wanted to delete it so I went into Windows setup and deleted both my C: and the no name 15 GB drives. That is next to the C: on the immediate left side. When I went to use my Complete PC backup from my D:\drive it said I couldn't cause that was going to be formatted along with my C:\drive. Luckily I had another backup on my external HD so I used that. Why did it have to format my D:\ drive? This was never in the backup I saved. Have a good day, RScotti remove "nospam" in order to email me. |
