Vista upgrade

I purchased an "express upgrade" from Microsoft and installed on my Sony
Vaio. I am not satisfied with this running over XP. I want to but a full OEM
version and install it on this machine. When I complete my clean install of
the new Vista software, can I install the Vista upgrade on one of my other
machines running XP Home?

Thanks...

Read the Upgrade (never heard of an "express upgrade," what is it?)
license's EULA to be sure, but retail licenses normally are transferable.

Re: Vista upgrade

Bruce;
It is the upgrade program from the OEMs:

Ah! So...., it's essentially an OEM Upgrade and would therefore most
likely be non-transferable. Thanks for pointing that out.
