| | Windows Media Center Store Update Manager Constantly Crashing For two weeks now, every time that I use Windows Vista Ultimate, after 10 to 20 minutes of use, I keep getting an error window saying "Windows Media Center Store Update Manager has stopped working and was closed". as yet, I cannot get any information from Microsoft concerning this issue. Anybody have some info on this? |

| | Re: Windows Media Center Store Update Manager Constantly Crashing Is the file 'GOEC62~1.DLL' on your system? That should be part of the Google Toolbar, I believe. If you temporarily disable or remove the Google Toolbar, does the Update Manager stop crashing? It should be easy to reinstall that toolbar once you've tested that. -- Speaking for myself only. | | Re: Windows Media Center Store Update Manager Constantly Crashing Quick question: is WMP working correctly on this system? I imagine it would be fine, but knowing that detail could shed further light. (I can potentially deduce that over time, but it's a lot quicker to just ask.) -- Speaking for myself only.
