| | Problems after latest Windows update After just doing the latest Windows update, Device Manager in Control Panel >System refuses to open. The only way it will open is by using "devmgmt.msc" command in "Run." How can it be fixed so that it will again open as it should, from Control Panel > System, or My Computer > Properties? Thanks |
