Vista - Actiontec Phone Wizard

So far that's the only device that I can't make work in Vista.
It *says* it's working properly and all that, but it isn't.
I'm dual booting Vista and XP and am using Vista more and more. But I have
Skype contacts that I talk with frequently and I *have* to have that
working!
Actiontec doesn't reply. So far Google only brings up instances of people
in the same boat I am.
Does anyone here have one of those gizmos and have you been able to make it
work?
