Vista Tutorial - Voice of Microsoft Anna

I have a dutch OEM package of Vista Home Premium. On startup the
text-to-speech program starts to read everything, which is kinda awkward as
the only voice that came with my Vista is english. I have not found any way
to download or install other voices. There is a button that allows me to
switch voices, but whenever I click on it I can only choose Microsoft Anna
because that's the only voice that came with my Vista package. There is an
explanation in the help topics how to change the voice, but that is rather
pointless as there is only one voice. No info whatsoever on downloading or
installing new voices either.

I know this is not the manufacturer's fault, as I opened the OEM package and
installed it on my laptop myself.

Has anyone got more info on this topic? I would like to be able to find a
dutch voice somewhere and install it. The fact that the text-to-speech
starts up at boot should be easy enough to solve, but I haven't got round to
that yet.

yeah i suffer from that too, i only want to make verbal notes for
A-levels and my voice sucks, but man i'm glad i'm not her. Microsoft
Anna? i mean ? At least Microsoft Sam had some degree of
cool-ness. Also it has a drop-down box to allow you to choose from a
vast selection of... a whole 1 voice... a very irritating American
one... brilliant.

EDIT: Hang on, you got a -Dutch- version of Vista and the voice was
-American-Butchered English?- Thats stupid, what were microsoft
thinking?
