Are you licensed to sell OEM software? If you aren't then adding hardware
makes no difference. Anyway, you already have it up for sale so why are you
asking now?If you want a legal opinion on such an offering then
contact your local Microsoft office for binding advice. Otherwise, just
sell it. I don't think you are in any trouble.

In that case just sell the software. Forget the hardware. Many vendors
legally sell the OEM version without qualifying hardware. They get away
with it just fine.
Welcome back, Colin!
Long time no see.
Where have you been?

Colin,
I've been extremely busy lately and just now
noticed your post. I'm glad to see you back,
and hope all is well.
Take care,
Michael
Just be careful when leaving your house. If you see guys in trench coats
with dark sunglasses, beware. They could be the Microsoft Police and they
just might put you in jail. Selling Microsoft software is a major offense
in their eyes!

Colin, as a matter of curiosity, is a local ms office able to offer
binding advice on legal matters? Are they actually law offices and
licensed to provide legal advice? Thanks.
