Calculator

I have an interesting problem with the Calculator in Vista (Home Premium).

It seems I can not use the mouse to highlight numbers to copy or to insert
in the field where the results are displayed. With Windows 98 I could
highlight the numbers (using the mouse) easily and delete them. This is not
a big deal but I was wondering if this is just me ... or is this an
'improvement'?

Apart from this, everything else seems to be just fine with the Calculator.

RE: Calculator

Hi Dave,

I can't with the mouse either. But I can use the "Edit" button to copy
and paste---not only into the calculator but into other programs. And I can
insert numbers into the "screen" by using the numbers on my keyboard. Neat.

Re: Calculator

You can also use the keyboard to copy and paste as well as delete numbers in
Calculator. CTRL+C will copy and CTRL+V will paste. You can press DEL to
delete everything or BACKSPACE to delete one digit at a time.
