Movie Maker encoding and not burning need patch

I just bought a new dell with VISTA installed on it and tried to burn a movie
on movie maker after 1hr on line with Dell support they told mme Microsoft
does not have a update yet. Is this true. I take 1hr to encode? What is this?
Then after it encodes I receive pop up that DVD did not burn. I need real
help on being able to use movie maker with vista and need to know if anyone
knows of a patch.

Have an update for what? I suggest you post to the
microsoft.public.windows.vista.music_pictures_video newsgroup and provide
more details.
