Vista Tutorial - Open Office 2003 Application From IE 7

Does anyone have a clue how to do the following...

On Windows XP you can configure (through the advantage button on file
types) your machine to launch the appropriate MS Office application
when selecting a link to an Office document from within IE. It appears
that this feature is not available with the following configuration:

Vista - Business - 32
MS Office 2003 Professional
IE 7

Note that the configuration is for Office 2003 - not Office 2007. I am
aware that MS has a KB article for Office 2007 (http://
support.microsoft.com/kb/927009) but the registry key does not exist
for a Vista - Office 2003 configuration.

Have you been through Tools>Internet options>Programs in IE7?
