Vista - Blocked startup programs

hi everyone

i wanna ask about the blocking startup program

2 weeks ago there was an icon appear in the notification area for blocking
startup program

and now iam trying to find this software or this program but i cant

so where can i find this program in my PC (Blocking startup program)

hope u guys understand what i mean

Start / Run / Msconfig

Defender is probably the program in the notification area.
the cause might be related to unchecking items in MSCONFIG startup section.

That icon only appears when a program runs at startup and requests admin
privileges. So I'm not sure what you are asking. What are you trying to
find?
