| | Vista Upgrade disc... Hello, A few months ago I ordered my Vista Upgrade disc that I should be entitled to, as I purchased a new laptop towards the end of 2006. As of yet, it has not been delivered, if I look on the website, it shows order received but shipping date is just blank. The telephone helpline doesn't seem to help. Is anybody else having trouble receiving their copy of the disc? Thank You in advance for any replies.. |

Not the fastest service. Only took them 4 months and a bit. Have you been asked for proof of purchase yet? Had to scan and send them my receipt. A friend of mine ordered his disk in Feb and it came 1 week before mine. So much for first come first served. Rich |

Unfortunately, no one in this forum is going to be able to help you with contacting and resolving the issue. If it has been several months, then your order was either lost or (more likely) lost/misdirected once shipped.
