How can I delete / re-format a memory stick that I've used for readyboost? I
can't simpley delete the file it will not let me and trying to re-format
stops because the stick is in use!
any ideas please?

In 'Computer' rightclick your memory stick, choose 'Properties' and go
to the tab 'ReadyBoost'. Choose the option 'Do not use this device' and
Ok your way out. Now try to delete/format again.
